Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any service on the cq10 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use this platform.

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the cq10 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. cq10 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Failure to provide valid verification documents may result in access restrictions or account closure.
Account Security Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and account login details confidential. cq10 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the cq10 support team immediately so the appropriate action can be taken.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the cq10 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following are among the restrictions imposed on users:
- Using automation software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, payment systems, or promotions in a dishonest manner.
- Providing false information, including falsified identity verification documents.
- Engaging in any activity that could damage the reputation or operations of the cq10 platform.
- Transferring funds between user accounts for the purpose of circumventing wagering requirements or money laundering.
- Accessing the platform from regions where the use of such services is prohibited by law.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR

All transactions on the cq10 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform accepts deposits via recognised local payment methods, including e-wallets and bank transfers. All deposits are subject to minimum limits that may be revised from time to time.
Cq10 is not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors caused by third-party payment service providers. Users are encouraged to verify payment details before confirming any transaction.
Fund Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests will be processed upon completion of user identity verification. cq10 reserves the right to request additional documents before processing a withdrawal for compliance and fraud prevention purposes. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method selected.
Winnings obtained through bonuses or promotions may be subject to wagering requirements as specified. These requirements will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
Liability Limits & Account Policies
Cq10 Liability Limits
The cq10 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the usability, continuous availability, or accuracy of information on the platform. cq10 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform.
Cq10 is not liable for any service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including technical failures, internet outages, natural disasters, or actions taken by authorities.
Account Suspension & Closure
Cq10 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if fraudulent activity, a breach of terms, or platform abuse is suspected. In cases of closure due to a violation, account balances may not be refunded depending on the outcome of the investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the cq10 support team. Account closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled and there are no active bonus balances remaining.
Users whose accounts have been terminated due to a violation are not permitted to re-register without written approval from cq10.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the cq10 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials, is the exclusive property of cq10 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
